Welcome to CivicTest.AI ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
CivicTest.AI is an independent study tool for the U.S. naturalization civics test. It includes practice tests, flashcards, and an optional AI-powered voice interview simulation. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any U.S. government agency. It does not replace the official USCIS study materials.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.
The Lifetime purchase is non-refundable through us once consumed. Apple may grant refunds at its discretion under its own policies.

The App uses Anthropic's Claude AI to (a) help grade open-ended answers and (b) look up current U.S. officials based on your ZIP code. AI outputs can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify critical facts (such as your representative's name) against an authoritative source before relying on them, including the official USCIS materials and Congress.gov. The AI Voice Interview is a practice tool, not a guarantee of test outcome.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will pass you on the actual USCIS test, will be uninterrupted, or will be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labs305 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
All branding, design, copy, code, and original content in the App are owned by Labs305. The 128 USCIS civics questions themselves are public-domain government content. Trademarks (including "USCIS", "United States Citizenship and Immigration Services") belong to their respective owners and appear in the App for descriptive purposes only.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including pricing tiers and free-tier limits. Material changes that affect a current paid subscription will not take effect retroactively for that subscription's current billing period.
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Surviving provisions: sections 6, 7, 8, and 11.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.
